Paul Van Dyk or PvD as his fans call him is credited as one of the hardest-working artists in electronic music. 

His hard work has been acknowledged and rewarded as he was nominated for a Grammy in 2005 for best dance/electronic album "Reflections" and has won several awards such as the International Dance Music Award (IDMA) for Best Euro DJ,  four IDMAs in 2006 for Best Global DJ, Best NuNRG/Euro Track, Best Producer and Best Mix Compilation for The Politics of Dancing.
