• Beef Carpaccio | Thinner slices of quality Angus Beef Fillet, lined with lemon & balsamic vinaigrette
• Mia Salad | Mixed lettuce with grilled pumpkin, caramelized walnuts, almonds, peach pieces, goat cheese with red wine dressing, apple and blue cheese 
• Short Rib Demi Glaze | Flavor explosion, slow-cooked short rib, glazed with dark beer and honey, served on a bed of rustic mashed potatoes. 
• Coconut Mousse |  Coconut Mousse & sweet quinoa

2nd seating
