About Ray Kash
Ray Kash is an Iranian-American DJ and producer raised in New York, now based in Los Angeles. With over 15 years of experience, he is a key figure in LA’s underground electronic scene. Influenced early by New York legends like Danny Tenaglia, Jonathan Peters, Roger Sanchez, and Victor Calderone, Ray’s sound evolved through years of experimentation, feeding off influences of deep house, melodic techno and tech-house.
In 2010, he relocated to LA, quickly earning residencies at leading venues such as Sound, Clinic Wednesdays, La Vibe, Frenzy After Hours, and more. In 2015, he founded Temple Los Angeles, a weekly underground party known for spotlighting emerging local talent and fostering a community-first ethos. The Temple Tuesdays series has become a cornerstone of LA nightlife and hosts annual charity events.
Ray has performed across the U.S. and internationally, with standout sets in Barcelona and at major venues like The Sound Factory. He has shared the stage with artists such as Marco Carola, Boris, Dosem, Supernova, and Eagles & Butterflies.
