Parallelle

Parallelle is a Dutch duo of brothers raised in the south of France that have formed an Amsterdam-based label and project based on their dedicated upbringing and Jazz influence.
Thomas and Julien de Bie form Parallelle, and since 2017 they have redefined electronic music through a fusion of live instrumentation, cultural exploration, and groundbreaking creativity. 

They have rooted much of their outlook about art and how to produce music in their upbringing influenced by jazz and classical music. With this background the duo forges a unique narrative that combines elements of electronica, electro-jazz, and futuristic dance, earning them recognition on global stages like Burning Man, DGTL, and Fabric London.

Their visionary “A Day In” project exemplifies their innovative approach, where the brothers capture REAL soundscapes and rework them into sophisticated electronic music productions with accompanying cinematic content. This ambitious initiative took them 3 years of travels featuring collaborations with local musicians worldwide, demonstrates Parallelle's commitment to transcending boundaries and uniting cultures through music.

As the founders of Klassified Records, they unveiled a platform for their own creative expressions and opened a gateway for emerging talents. Thomas and Julien continue to push artistic limits to this day in their studio (called The House of the Klassified) and prepare for their next big tour.
