Mauro Torretta

Mauro is a 29-year-old Argentine artist from La Plata, Buenos Aires. His career began in 2019 while he was still studying engineering, performing at the top clubs and nightspots in his hometown. Although he started producing electronic music in high school, he had to wait for the right moment to make his debut. Later that same year, he took his first step onto the national stage, performing in Argentina’s capital, Buenos Aires.

In 2021, after two years of refining his craft, Mauro launched his international career in Tulum, Mexico. There he captivated audiences and performed at some of the region’s most prestigious venues, including Gitano Tulum and Speakeasy Playa del Carmen.

The following year, in the summer of 2022, he made his mark in Spain, with standout performances at City Hall in Barcelona and an official Solid Grooves after-party in Ibiza, where industry heavyweight Dennis Cruz was in attendance.

Afterward, Mauro fulfilled his dream of traveling the world with music, spending time in Thailand before settling in Tulum, which he now calls home.

His sound is rooted in various styles of house music, including minimal house, tech house, and deep house, making playful sets, showing his funny nature and lighthearted state of mind.
