KOLLEKTIV TURMSTRASSE

Kollektiv Turmstrasse is the live electronic project of German producer Nico Plagemann with Christian Hilscher in Wismar, Germany, the project gained momentum with early releases and the acclaimed album Rebellion der Träumer. After Christian’s departure, Nico continued solo, pushing the project into new artistic territory while maintaining its signature depth and warmth.

With a discography spanning iconic labels like Kompakt, Diynamic, Cocoon, Fabric, and his own imprint Diversions Music, Turmstrasse bridges breakbeat, indie dance, techno, hip-hop, and pop. His 2017 hit “Sorry, I'm Late” became a viral phenomenon, amassing tens of millions of streams and solidifying his global reach. Tracks like “Grillen im Park,” “Ordinary,” and “Last Day” have also become defining moments in German electronic music.

Nico’s meticulous studio process is driven by self-reflection and an ADHD-fueled need for novelty. He is also the creator of YAP (You Are Perfect), an inclusive party series aiming to restore the roots of house music culture through respect and authenticity. A self-described introvert with a passion for fishing and design, Nico balances global touring with quiet creativity.
