Guy Gerber

Defining Guy Gerber is not easy. On paper, his time might be more valuable than that of other people: with 24 hours a day, only he can be a Dj, music producer, a guitar player, Rose winemaker, a movie scriptwriter. How much can a single man do is a challenge Gerber takes seriously.

Before the synthesizers and samples, he rocked, with influences like Joy Division and My Bloody Valentine that still make cameos in his music today. When you think of Gerber's work, you begin to see a mix of melancholy and euphoria that begs the question of what is he running from? As a matter of fact, there's certainly a factor of stagnation, but also a chase for the next idea before it fades. 

Over the course of his career, Gerber has released four albums, including "Late Bloomers" and "My Invisible Romance", and redefined the traditional mix CD with his Fabric album, made entirely of original productions.

As a live performer, Gerber has been recognized for his extended sets, such as his iconic 12-hour performance at Burning Man in 2014 and his successful Ibiza residencies, mostly in Pacha. It is here in Ibiza that he started his two labels: Supplement Facts for a dance experience and Rumors for a massive festival with all the up-and-coming DJs of the underground movement and the most stimulating visuals.
