Fher Uribe

Fher Uribe is a musician, vinyl collector, DJ, event producer, and founder of the labels DO YOU REMEMBER HOW TO DANCE? and RAVERS GONNA RAVE. He began his musical path at age 12, playing guitar, bass, and drums. His influences span jazz, soul, funk, hip hop, trip hop, dub, rock and its subgenres, psychedelia, Afrobeat, world folklore, broken rhythms, and experimental music.

With years of experience behind the decks, he has developed an eclectic, energetic style with great variations in genre and theme based in what he's thinking each day. His sets fuse sounds from different eras, consisting on a mix of house and its subgenres with Afro rhythms, acid, minimal, minimal techno, breakbeats, bass, polyrhythms, and music technology to create a hybrid between past and future.
