Bontan, the Liverpool-born DJ and producer, began his journey in small basement clubs, where he honed his sound for intimate crowds before breaking through to headline festivals like Creamfields and Lovebox. As he progressed, all the while he made collaborations and releases on top labels like Circus Recordings and 20/20 Vision, giving credit to his more definitive music.

Known for his versatility, Bontan has since built a reputation not only as a chart-topping producer but as an artist unafraid to experiment. He creates pieces using roots from house, deep house, and tech house in innovative ways.

In his first foray into Tuluminati territory Bontan was recruited by No Art festival and became one of the main acts of the evening.
