NYE Tulum 2024-2025 | A Look Back

2024's High Season in Tulum was unique among the last few years. It lasted about a month, which had a shorter time span but a bigger impact. The legends of Techno and House music at the top of the industry worldwide congregated once again in Tulum, and during NYE, many key names of the scene took the stages of Tulum.

The events 

Not only did DJs and ravers made their appearance in Tulum, but also the biggest brands, producers, and greatest stars of the scene. For anyone in the know, coming to Tulum around the High Season is doubly exciting. On one hand, you get to see how the industry grows every year, and in the other hand you get to see the local Clubs upping each other.

Even though the season lasted a month, the parties and events of previous years were no match for the experiences of this season. Many new arrivals on Tulum included No Art,  Keinemusik, Experts Only from John Summit, alongside returning heavyweight names such as Tehmplo, and of course, Afterlife.

Highlights 

Once again, let's re-live these amazing nights and bring the excitement of past parties to the present. We have collected the best photos & our highlights of the season 2024-2025.

• The season started with the appearance of KEINEMUSIK, ADAM BEYER, SOLOMUN, ADRIATIQUE and JOHN SUMMIT, among many other performers. New Brands and Party experiences dotted the venues during these special occasions.
• The 31st of December was without a doubt The Night of the Season. Several parties, dinners, beach clubs, and events of every kind took place alongside each other, full to the brim. The name of the game was topping each other up, and all the signature venues of Tulum were playing, including Vagalume, Bagatelle, Mia, Balabamba, Papaya Playa, Gitano, and more.

• Experts Only | John Summit

Experts Only arrived for the first time in Tulum on January 3rd, after many months of anticipation since being announced. In this grand opening, the headliner was the great JOHN SUMMIT.

This party was the surprise highlight of the season, delivering one of the most impressive shows that have taken place in the Jungles of Tulum.

• Mayan Warrior @ Tehmplo

On the eve of the new year, the history of the Mayan Warrior in Tulum ascended to its next level with its 2024-2025 rendition. All the way from the exceptional music delivered to the energy on the dance floor, everything coming together made this night the signature Tulum experience.

Mayan Warrior is a collaborative project uniting artists, musicians, technologists, and creatives worldwide. Their special events at Tulum have become a highly expected yearly tradition. This last edition was dedicated to the return of a new art car from Black Rock City in 2024 after the last one, unfortunately, burned down. 

As the season ends, we extend our gratitude to all the party people, producers, brands, artists, and everyone else in the scene. Without you out there, we wouldn't be here.

Remember that after the season ends, there are still great parties throughout the year. Our focus changes, and as winter leaves us, the beach clubs start to spice up for spring break and summer!
